Our school counsellor is Laura MacPherson, who is available to support all students. She is available for emotional support if a student is having some difficulties, and to connect students with community supports if a student is interested in extended support. She is also available for academic planning to ensure all students are on a plan for success and to provide information about opportunities and post-secondary planning. Students are encouraged to review their academic progress with their classroom teacher but can also make an appointment with Laura for additional long term planning.
